£20-£22ph dependant on experience
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and reliable Felt Roofers to join our clients roofing team on a temporary basis to help them out on a project. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing high-quality Bauder felt roofing systems on commercial and residential projects.
This role requires an individual with proven experience in flat roofing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair Bauder felt roofing systems in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct roof inspections, identify issues, and carry out necessary remedial work.
- Ensure all work meets quality and compliance requirements.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and materials required for roofing tasks.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Bauder Ticket / Certification if possible
- CSCS card - required
- Proven experience in felt and flat roofing systems.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in roofing.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
