Responsibilities:
- Maintaining our fleet of modern PSV vehicles
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Carry out additional tasks appropriate to the role to support the smooth operation of the engineering department
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical repair.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes related to vehicle maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Approach inspections and maintenance tasks with meticulousness, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- NVQ Level 3 in HGV or similar is preferred
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
