Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Fine Art, Art & Design, Education, or a related field
- QTS
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Creative, adaptable and able to inspire students of all abilities
- Passion for fostering artistic expression
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Art lessons across KS3-KS4
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in developing technical skills and creative thinking
- Assess student progress and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
- Contribute to the development of departmental resources and displays
