These schools pride themselves on inclusive, nurturing environments and are well connected with excellent transport links and on-site parking. As an LSA, you'll provide essential one-to-one and small group support, empowering pupils to succeed both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students, adapting your approach to suit their individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and external professionals to put personalised education plans into practice.
- Prepare and adapt learning resources to create an inclusive, engaging classroom experience.

- Role: Learning Support Assistant
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Swindon
- Salary: 85 - 100 per day
- Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
