  • To work in a small team in order to support and implement the development of the children’s home.
  • To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development
  • To ensure the young people’s needs are recognised and met
  • To exercise responsible control over the children to ensure their safety and well being and assist them in developing acceptable hygiene and behaviour
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with parents, social workers, schools and other professionals concerned with the welfare of the young people
Requirements:
  • Experience within residential support in a children’s setting
  • Valid driving license
