Administration Support
I am recruiting for an Administration Support professional to join a large infrastructure & construction business based in Swindon. This is an urgent requirement due to increased workload on active projects.
The role is temporary for 1 month initially, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to HR and wider internal teams
- Managing documents, trackers, inboxes and correspondence
- Preparing reports, meeting notes and maintaining records
- Data input, filing and general office organisation
- Assisting with ongoing project and internal administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous administration/office support experience is essential
- High attention to detail, organised and process-focused
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with volume
- Able to pick up systems quickly and work proactively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/365
