Graduate SEN Teaching assistant main responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
  • Clean DBS check
