My client is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision team helping pupils thrive both socially and academically.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and Social Communication Interaction Difficulties.
- Working 1:1, in small groups, and within the wider classroom setting.
- Creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment tailored to individual needs.
- Managing challenging behaviour with care, consistency, and skill.
- Assisting with personal care where required.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Confident supporting children with ASC and SCID in both group and 1:1 settings.
- Able to manage complex behaviour with calmness and compassion.
- Open to providing personal care as part of daily duties.
- Flexible and imaginative with a kind, nurturing approach.
