Repairs Surveyor - SwindonContract£43.00 per hourMinimum 11 months contract with view for extensionFull time Job PurposeThe post holder will be a key contributor to delivering the revenue repairs service to approximately 10,500 tenanted homes, 3,000 garages, and 700 corporate and commercial operational properties.Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day repairs in both domestic and commercial buildings, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, represents value for money, and delivers excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the safety inspection programme for domestic and commercial operational properties, ensuring compliance with regulations, service standards, and legal obligations.
  • Undertake property surveys to diagnose gas service faults and identify the most effective solutions.
