The Role:

We are partnering with an established independent workshop in Swindon, known for its work on premium vehicles, is looking to welcome a skilled Vehicle Technician to their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-end workmanship - specialising in the maintenance and repair of premium vehicles.

As a result of continued growth, this newly created position offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking environment with modern facilities, a strong team ethic, and a Monday to Friday only work pattern - no weekends!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Carry out diagnostic, servicing, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles - with a focus on high-end and premium marques.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, with attention to accuracy, compliance, and vehicle care.

Maintain detailed and clear job cards and service records.

Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and contribute positively to a well-run, expanding team.

Be open to continuous development and keeping up to date with evolving vehicle technology.

What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair - Essential.

Proven experience in a technician role, ideally within an independent garage or dealership setting.

Excellent diagnostic and mechanical repair skills - especially useful if experienced with prestige or performance brands.

A meticulous approach and a strong commitment to first-time fix.

A proactive team player who can thrive in a busy workshop.A full UK driving licence.

The Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday only - 9:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends.

23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Work on a wide range of prestige and performance vehicles.

A clean, modern, and well-equipped workshop.
