Shift and Pay Information for Warehouse Operative:

Day Shift: 06:00-14:00 - £12.35 per hour
Back Shift: 14:00-22:00 - £12.35 per hour
Night Shift: 22:00-06:00 - £15.44 per hour
OT £18.53 per hour
5 days out of 7, including weekends (rota provided)

Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, loading, receiving, and binning using electronic equipment. This position involves heavy lifting and requires strict adherence to hygiene standards. While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Availability to work weekends is mandatory and commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week) with target-based performance is a must.
