You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and/or mechanical support across all areas of manufacturing whilst ensuring adherence to strict GMP standards. This will include both planned and reactive maintenance.

Description

As a maintenance Technician you will:

  • Carry our a range of preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Maintain a range of production machinery across the GMP environment
  • Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs
  • Advise on technical issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse and monitor breakdown frequency, and monitor machine performance

The role will follow a shift pattern of 3-on, 3-off from 10am-10pm.

Profile

To be success full you will have:

  • Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or tooling / plastic processing
  • Experience with high volume manufacturing, ideally in a GMP environment
  • Understanding of high speed automated assembly processes
  • Excellent problem solving and fault finding ability
