We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre project in Sweden. This role is responsible for managing the integration of multiple workstreams across design, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring alignment between client requirements, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
The Integration Manager plays a critical role in maintaining programme alignment, managing interfaces, and reducing risk across a complex, multi-party project environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage interfaces between design teams, construction contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams

Ensure alignment between programme, scope, and sequencing across all project workstreams

Lead coordination of integration plans covering design, construction, commissioning, and handover

Identify and manage interface risks, clashes, and gaps between disciplines and packages

Support programme reviews, integration workshops, and technical coordination meetings

Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and embedded across all delivery teams

Track integration issues through to resolution and maintain clear reporting for project leadership

Support readiness for commissioning, testing, and operational handover
Experience & Requirements

Proven experience in an Integration Manager, Interface Manager, or senior coordination role

Background in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale technical projects

Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and phased handover strategies

Experience working in complex, multi-contractor project environments

Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills

Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities
