- Carrying out heading works safely and efficiently
- Operating within confined spaces and following all site safety procedures
- Installing supports and ensuring ground stability
- Working to project specifications and production targets
- Proven experience in mining/heading works
- Relevant qualifications/tickets for underground/mining operations
- Strong focus on health & safety compliance
- Ability to work effectively as a 2-man team
- Reliable, hardworking, and adaptable
