Tadcaster – Depot Based

£43,000 to £46,000 DOE + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Company Vehicle + Life Insurance (3x Salary) + Company Pension Scheme + Company Sick Pay

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Service Manager required for an industry leading dealership who specialises in agricultural equipment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business who offer a supportive working environment within a friendly team.

This role would suit either an experienced service manager or a service engineer looking to take the next step in their career. You will need experience working on complex machinery and candidates can be from any industry. Ex-forces are also encouraged to apply.

The role will be based from the company’s Tadcaster depot where you will oversee aftersales service support. You will be largely office based, responsible for understanding customer requests and coordinating the service team to ensure work is carried out effectively and to a high quality.

The Service Manager Role:

· Customer liaison to understand requirements

· Coordinate repair work and general workshop activities

· Inspecting completed jobs

· Supervising a service administrator, a workshop supervisor, and workshop technicians

The Service Manager Candidate:

· Experience working on complex machinery

· Management/supervisory experience or experienced technician looking to progress
