We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Assistant to support our clients dynamic finance team with day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numerical data, and with a desire to grow in a finance career.

Job Title: Junior Finance Assistant
Location: Tadley
Salary: Circa 28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and input transactions using NetSuite
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payments
  • Liaise with other departments to clear invoice holds and resolve queries
  • Assist with month-end closing and prepare payment runs
  • Monitor overhead spend and review employee expense claims
  • Ensure financial documents are organised, audit-ready, and compliant
  • Respond to finance-related queries and support with general admin tasks, including booking travel and vehicle servicing

Skills & Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Netsuite
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Background in administration, bookkeeping, or data analysis
