To have experience working with elderly and people with dementia is preferred

Responsibilities

To be able to work with the residents to help them develop and organise activities based on their needs and interests

To spend time working on programming activities, events, and outings

Be able to build good relationships with the residents and their families

Caring, kind & enthusiastic

Good organisational skills

To be able to motivate people

Good time management and ability to schedule and plan
