Please note: Due to the rural location of the office, reliable transport is essential.

This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday.

Key duties:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
  • Preparing and sending tailored quotations based on client needs.
  • Following up on quotes to help convert opportunities into sales.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with the logistics team.
  • Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM.
  • Maintaining a high level of service and support for all customers.
  • Qualifying leads and assisting in turning them into active sales opportunities.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with all customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Assisting with sales reports, forecasting, and updating the sales pipeline.
  • Taking part in team meetings and ongoing sales training.
