Fluid Controls Ltd, a leading UK distributor of high-quality instrumentation and fluid control products, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Engineer / Account Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Tadley/Aldermaston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support and advice to new and existing customers
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage enquiries from initial contact through to delivery
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
  • Support external sales teams with internal coordination and lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other internal systems

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in internal sales, technical support, or account management (preferably in an engineering or industrial setting)
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, valves, fluid control systems, or related components is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems (e.g. CRM, Sage)
