Our client is seeking an experienced Bricklayer for a position in the Epsom area, offering 4-5 weeks of work that could extend for the right candidate.
Candidates must have their own tools and van, and possess extensive experience in various types of brickwork including setting out and high finish work.
Key responsibilities include laying bricks and blocks, interpreting technical drawings, and mixing bonding agents for durable constructions.
Applicants should ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying and have a proven track record, including references, although a CSCS Card is not mandatory.
The role requires good physical stamina and attention to detail, with a salary of £XX,XXX depending on experience.

Our client is looking for an experienced Bricklayer to work in the Epsom area. Must have own tools and Van, have a vast amount of experienced with all types of brickwork, setting out, block work, facing brick, high finish, good standard, 4-5 weeks work, could be longer for the right person, must live in the Epsom area.

Requirements:

Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and building plans.
Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other bonding agents to ensure substantial, durable brickwork.
Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools.
Use hand and power tools effectively to cut and shape bricks and blocks as needed.
Must live in the Epsom area

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying - (Not essential but advantageous)
Proven experience as a Bricklayer (Must be able to provide reference)
CSCS Card - (Not essential but advantageous)
Excellent attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and strength, as the role involves manual labour.
