We are seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join a leading contract catering team delivering exceptional food for a prestigious international client based near Leatherhead, Surrey.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing culinary operation focused on quality, innovation, and service excellence. With Monday to Friday daytime hours, no evenings or weekends, and free bus transport to site, this role offers a fantastic work–life balance in a professional and supportive environment.
The Role:

Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations for both staff dining and corporate hospitality

Contribute to the creation of modern, seasonal menus that reflect global food trends

Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet the highest standards

Help lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic brigade
About You:

Proven experience in a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous role, ideally within contract catering or hotel/restaurant environments

A passion for fresh, innovative food and customer-focused service

Organised, hands-on, and confident leading a team in a high-volume setting

Committed to excellence in both kitchen standards and client relationships
