Position: Drainage Engineer
Location: Tadworth, Surrey (works carried out across Surrey/Sussex & surrounding areas)
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000
Drainage Engineer opportunity available with our client, a building services maintenance provider with a background of over 30 years within commercial maintenance across the South of England.
Drainage Engineer Job Overview
- Travelling to commercial properties including business centres, shopping centres, warehouses, and office building and completing planned and reactive drainage maintenance
- Using high pressure water jetting equipment to complete routine and emergency drainage clearances
- Using push-rod CCTV camera equipment to complete drainage surveys and reports
- Liaising with clients on site to recommend additional works and provide technical assistance
Drainage Engineer Job Requirements
- 5+ year's experience within the drainage industry, completing routine and emergency drainage maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident in working alone and completing commercial drainage unblocks, CCTV surveys, and stack cleans.
- Previous experience using high-pressure water jetting and CCTV survey equipment
Drainage Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Salary 35,000 - 45,000, negotiable depending on experience
- Company van
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 40 working hours per week
- Overtime rates ranging from 1.33x to 1.88x
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising with tenure
