Are you detail-oriented with a passion for international logistics? We're seeking an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to manage global freight movements from the EU and UK, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate export shipments and documentation with forwarders and shipping lines.
  • Track and trace freight, ensuring timely updates and accurate data entry.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and support team initiatives.


What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years' experience in export logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight documentation and INCOTERMS.
  • Familiarity with systems like SAP, ETMS, Edoc, and Expo.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
