Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary SEMH SEN Teacher to join our team in Tadworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the potential for a permanent position.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH needs at GCSE level.
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and assess student development and provide regular feedback.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, SEMH desirable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Earn up to £500 in vouchers for successful referrals.
