SEN Teacher (Temp to Perm)

Reed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary SEMH SEN Teacher to join our team in Tadworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the potential for a permanent position.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH needs at GCSE level.
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and assess student development and provide regular feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, SEMH desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
