Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a company based in Tadworth as they are seek a Finance Assistant to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Duties include:
- Inputting purchase invoices onto their ERP system
- Raising sales invoices and inputting onto their system
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling and posting credit card statements and petty cash accounts
- Assisting with other finance related queries and tasks
- Assisting the FC with ADHOC projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident using Excel, have previous reconciliation experience and previous experience using Sage is a must. If you are looking for a new, exciting and developing position and are immediately available or on short notice please apply.
