Executive Assistant

Role:
The Executive Assistant role requires streamlining processes, managing communications, and driving initiatives across international teams to enhance company agility and executive effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Partnership & Support
- Coordinate international travel and complex scheduling for senior executives
- Draft and manage strategic documentation including leadership briefings and board materials
- Handle sensitive communications and confidential data with utmost discretion
- Operational Oversight
- Monitor and report on strategic projects across UK and European operations
- Create executive dashboards and performance summaries to support decision-making
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance delivery
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a conduit between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Support relationship-building efforts with clients, partners, and vendors
- Administrative Leadership
- Assist with HR, procurement, and finance-related administrative tasks
- Lead efforts to improve internal workflows and system efficiency
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and handling confidential information
- Experience in creative, events, or visual industries
- Experience preferable in signage and print industry
- Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, CRM systems)
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
