Role:

Our client is currently looking for a talented midweight designer to join their well-established team in Takeley, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality design solutions for various projects.

The successful candidate will be able to work with 2D design tools to create visual concepts, designs, and layouts that meet our clients' needs within the signage and display industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver design solutions that meet the briefs provided by clients, ensuring that all designs are of high quality, accurate, and on-brand.

• Use a range of 2D design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.

• Work closely with the design team, project managers, production, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Stay current with design trends and best practices and bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are understood and delivered.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a design-related role, preferably in an agency environment in the signage and display industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Not required but ideally, basic 3D skills, including experience with SketchUp or Cinema4D

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
