This will be a great role for someone passionate about Business Improvement and Business Change, bringing impactful ideas to life and making a difference to a business and its customers.

You will operate across as a key member of the transformation team across the change delivery lifecycle taking ideas through to building awareness, desire, communication, business readiness, training, optimisation, benefits realisation.

The role will focus on People, Process and Digital Change, suitable candidates will have good commercial and operational awareness, they are not IT change roles but will some initiatives are naturally enabled by IT / Digital.

Change initiatives can be business wide from Contact Centre, to Customer Journey improvements that align with the business Transformation Strategy.

Experience of Prosci, Kotters, McKinsey 7s, and/or APMG type Change Manager certification will be beneficial but not essential.

Suitable profiles will demonstrate leading business change and improvement work.
