  • Maintain the site and all facilities to an exceptional standard
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify areas for focus and improvement
  • Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct minor DIY repairs (no specialist knowledge required)
  • Keep the building and exterior areas clear, clean, and safe
  • Work closely with the operations team to support site needs
  • Contribute to health and safety awareness and compliance across the site
  • Promote a high-standard and positive culture throughout the workplace
