About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our busy call centre team. As a Part-Time Call Centre Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answering customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Resolving queries efficiently and accurately
Providing product/service information to customers
Logging details of calls into our system
Escalating issues to the relevant department when necessary
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic IT skills and familiarity with call centre systems (training provided)
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
