We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionateSous Chefto join our friendly kitchen team atThe Fox Inn, Dosthill a well-loved local pub known for its fresh, homemade dishes and welcoming atmosphere.

All of our food is prepared from scratch using quality ingredients, and were about to launch an exciting newBBQ grill menu with an Arabic twist. This is a great opportunity for someone with flair and creativity who wants to play an active role in shaping our offer.

What were looking for:

• An experienced sous chef

• A strong passion for fresh food and creative cooking

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach

• Confidence in both prep and service

Working days:

• Prep: Wednesday & Thursday

• Service: Friday to Sunday (2pm-7pm service times)
