Job Role: CNC HURCO setters & programmers Location or Commutable from: B78
Shift: DayshiftPay Rate / Salary: £15 to £22 per hour (DOE)

The Company:
Due to the expansion of existing contracts , a Tamworth based specialist in manufacturing, who pride themselves on staff retention driven through a supportive work culture that recognizes work/life balance, are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join their team.
The CNC HURCO setter or programmer Responsibilities:
- HURCO Experience! operating or setting or programming on 3, 4 and 5 axis.
- Creating and proving out new production CNC programs.
- To run proven programs, adjust work co-ordinates and correct any errors.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
Previous Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working on HURCO.
- This will include being able to read and interpret engineering drawings, run proven programs (If programmer), adjust work co-ordinates, and correct any errors.
- Ideally, able to pre-set tooling and fixtures from tool layout. Take tool length offsets and recognize when tooling requires replacing due to wear of breakage.
