We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join the team on a hybrid basis ( with offices in Tamworth). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they receive tailored advice that meets their financial needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of securing a mortgage, contributing to their homeownership journey.Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on specialist mortgage products and services to clients.• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage options.• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, lending criteria, and regulatory changes.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the mortgage process.Experience• Previous experience in Mortgages or related field is a must.• Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to clients.• Experience of specialist mortgage products such as buy to let and regulated bridging desirable.
