Our client, a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation, established for over 30 years in Tamworth, is seeking Customer Service Administrators along with Operational Support staff to join their well-established team. Salary/Hours:
Salary is up to £27,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this is an office-based position.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the business, providing first-class customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, stock management, and order processing (including replacements and marketing/sample requests).
- Managing deliveries and collections: scheduling with customers, liaising with carriers, investigating issues, monitoring performance, and preparing customs/NI documentation.
- Handling customer and admin enquiries, managing daily delivery reports, resolving claims, and maintaining accurate records and archives.
- Producing and analysing reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and provide updates to management.
- Providing general administrative support, including reception, switchboard overflow, and other ad-hoc tasks.
What we are looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous experience working within a customer service or administrative position
- A personable, professional, and approachable individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (essential)
- Sage experience is desirable but not essential
