Key Responsibilities of the Collections Executive:

Make outbound calls to recover outstanding payments in a professional and effective manner

Handle inbound queries related to customer accounts and payment plans

Offer tailored solutions that support both the customer and the business

Take secure payments over the phone, updating systems in real-time

Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all collections activity is fully logged

Provide exceptional service while managing customer account queries
What We’re Looking for in a Collections Executive:

Previous experience in a Collections Executive, credit control, or customer service phone-based role

Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism

Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach to updating records and following up on actions

Confident using Microsoft Office and other CRM or collections software

Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results while maintaining service standards
