Key Responsibilities of the Collections Executive:

  • Make outbound calls to recover outstanding payments in a professional and effective manner

  • Handle inbound queries related to customer accounts and payment plans

  • Offer tailored solutions that support both the customer and the business

  • Take secure payments over the phone, updating systems in real-time

  • Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all collections activity is fully logged

  • Provide exceptional service while managing customer account queries

What We’re Looking for in a Collections Executive:

  • Previous experience in a Collections Executive, credit control, or customer service phone-based role

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism

  • Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach to updating records and following up on actions

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other CRM or collections software

  • Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results while maintaining service standards
