Location: Tamworth (Office Based during 6 month Probation)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per annum + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Finance Business Partner to join a leading UK-based service organisation. In this pivotal role, you will support the leadership team with financial insights that influence key business decisions and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver proactive financial analysis and commercial advice on pricing, investments, acquisitions, and operational performance.
  • Produce clear, incisive management information and present monthly trading reviews to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring robust financial controls and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Hands-on involvement in transactional duties, including month-end and management accounts, ensuring direct engagement with the financial details of the business.
  • Develop pricing strategies and evaluate business opportunities to optimise margins and minimise risk.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
  • Confident in presenting ideas and challenging the status quo, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through clear, persuasive communication.
