Are you a commercially astute Finance Business Partner seeking your next challenge in a high-impact, business-critical role?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to lead the financial agenda for a c.£40m business unit. This is a pivotal role offering true business partnering, where your insight and influence will shape strategic decisions, drive performance, and contribute to sustained commercial success.

• 30% Management Accounts / 70% Business Partnering: You'll be comfortable preparing and reviewing the numbers, but your strength will lie in interpreting the story they tell.

• Insight and Analysis: Interrogate data, evaluate business performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement, cost efficiency, and margin growth.

• Performance & Productivity: Ensure all cost lines are understood and tracked against productivity and output metrics, applying a continuous improvement mindset.

• Strategic Influence: Act as the finance lead for a £40m business - challenge assumptions, provide decision support, and influence both operational and commercial leaders.

• Stakeholder Management: Confidently manage a variety of stakeholders, prioritising tasks and providing clarity and focus to drive outcomes.

• System Navigation: Work across a number of varied systems with the agility and adaptability to quickly gain familiarity and utilise data effectively.

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within a fast-paced, commercially led environment

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate financial detail into strategic insight

• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hands-on approach

• Salary range between £50,000 and £64,000, depending on experience

• Car allowance and excellent benefits package
