Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Tamworth
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with an early finish on Friday!
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - Office Based

Key Responsibilities:
- Trial Balance Preparation: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of trial balances, reconciling all accounts to maintain financial integrity.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a big plus
Qualifications:
- AAT Level qualification or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified/studying
