The Role:
As a Sea Freight Import Operator, you'll be responsible for managing sea freight import shipments from start to finish. You will work closely with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle import sea freight shipments (FCL & LCL)
  • Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and global agents
  • Ensure accurate documentation and customs clearance processes
  • Manage and resolve any operational issues
  • Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status
  • Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sea freight import operations (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Experience using freight forwarding systems (e.g. CargoWise) is a plus
