About the Role:
My client - a successful and growing manufacturing business, currently undergoing an ERP system migration and are seeking a Systems & Process Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a significant transformation project, supporting system implementation, process improvements, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and participate in our ERP (SysPro) implementation and migration
Develop, maintain, and manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
Create and deliver training sessions for staff across various departments
Mentor and support junior developers and analysts
Design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards (Power BI experience advantageous)
Collaborate with operational and management teams to identify and deliver process improvements

Skills & Experience Required:
Experience working with SysPro ERP
Proficiency in SQL database management and reporting
Experience leading training and mentoring staff
ERP implementation/migration experience is highly desirable
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Power BI or equivalent reporting tool experience beneficial
