The role of Repairs Manager in Tamworth will involve:
- Overseeing all property repair and maintenance operations (planned and reactive).
- Developing and implementing repair strategies and procedures.
- Managing a team of repair specialists and schedulers effectively.
- Ensuring that all repair work is in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with the contract manager effectively.
- Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Assessing the cost-effectiveness of repair strategies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair services.
Profile
A successful Repairs Manager should have:
- Proficiency in property repair and maintenance management.
- A strong background in social housing (essential).
- Excellent team management skills.

- Good IT skills (preferably having used Maintain/MRI, Orchard or similar).
