My client is an international transport haulage organisation who are based in Tamworth and looking for a Fuel Logistics Coordinator to work 06:00 - 18:00, 4 days on and 4 days off rotation.

Description

  • Plan and manage delivery schedules so fuel arrives on time
  • Talking to drivers and the team to keep everything running smoothly
  • Handling any delivery questions or last-minute changes like route swaps or delays
  • Ordering fuel and making sure all the details are correct before loading
  • Sharing updates with teammates and other departments
  • Supporting customers by answering their questions and sorting out issues
  • Jumping into action calmly if there's an emergency like a spill or unexpected problem
  • Taking on any other tasks that help the team and keep operations running smoothly

Profile

  • Strong communication skills and confident working with different people
  • Good problem-solving abilities and able to stay calm when things get busy
  • Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is helpful but not essential
  • Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel - training provided
  • Can commute to Tamworth
