Description
- Plan and manage delivery schedules so fuel arrives on time
- Talking to drivers and the team to keep everything running smoothly
- Handling any delivery questions or last-minute changes like route swaps or delays
- Ordering fuel and making sure all the details are correct before loading
- Sharing updates with teammates and other departments
- Supporting customers by answering their questions and sorting out issues
- Jumping into action calmly if there's an emergency like a spill or unexpected problem
- Taking on any other tasks that help the team and keep operations running smoothly
Profile
- Strong communication skills and confident working with different people
- Good problem-solving abilities and able to stay calm when things get busy
- Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service is helpful but not essential
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel - training provided
- Can commute to Tamworth
