Zest Education are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and outstanding primary school in Tamworth, to start as soon as possible until the end of December 2025, with potential for the role to be extended into the new year.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils who may need additional help
- Assisting with classroom management and organisation
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent (preferred)
- Have recent experience working in a primary school setting
- Be confident supporting pupils with varying levels of ability and need
- Be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child development
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
