We are currently working with a Health and Social care business based in Tamworth who are looking for a HR Administrator with a minimum of 12 months experience within a busy HR department.
HR Administrator - Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new starter paperwork, conducting right-to-work checks, processing changes, and managing terminations.
- Maintaining the HR system, ensuring data accuracy, creating user accounts, managing access permissions, and assisting users with system queries.
- Support payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date and by assisting with payroll-related queries.
- Resolve technical issues related to HR systems and will ensure all HR activities are fully compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Prepare documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and reference letters in line with company and safeguarding guidelines.
- Support the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.
This role will suit someone with previous healthcare sector experience and someone that has proven HR Administration knowledge, well organised, conscientious individual with strong IT Skills with the ability to learn quickly.
Salary up to 25,000 Full time, On-site and permanent.
