3 Recruit are an employment business based in Sutton Coldfield and ourclient based in the Tamworth area are looking to recruit (x2) Class 1 drivers for regular work starting in the next few weeks. The runs are mainly distance deliveries and depending on the shift required for that week will determine what type of work yow will end up on. Although the majority of work is distance runs they may have local deliveries will involve you taking out a few deliveries completing those and then running back into the depot. The work is loaded and offloaded by Fork Lift operators although depending on where you are delivering to there may be a little handball but not very often. The vehicles that you will be driving are curtain sided vehicles with a mix of single and double decked trailers.
For this position you will have needed to held your LGV1 driverslicence for at least 2 years, be a minimum of 25 years of age and either have a clean licence or up to 6 points are acceptableif they are for minor offences. If you are unsure please contact Paul Thompson to see if you qualify.
