Position OverviewAre you a strategic procurement professional ready to make a real impact on a short-term basis? We're looking for an Interim Head of Indirect Procurement to lead key initiatives that drive value, improve efficiency, and support innovation across procurement operations during a 6-month engagement. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and on-site work.

Key ResponsibilitiesIn this leadership role, you will:

  • Deliver cost-reduction initiatives for region-specific commodities and services not covered by central procurement.
  • Support broader European procurement strategies through data analysis and collaboration.
  • Review and optimize procurement team structure to drive cost-efficiency and effective spend management.
  • Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team to ensure delivery of key objectives.
  • Conduct supplier management reviews aligned with corporate standards.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders through structured business reviews.
  • Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform (Coupa), and manage vendor onboarding and contracts.
  • Partner with regional finance teams to track and report on KPIs related to spend, supplier performance, and procurement effectiveness.
