Quantity Surveyor

Location: Staffordshire (In Office with regular travel)

Salary: £55,000 (DoE)

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join a growing commercial QS team and play a key role in delivering high-profile construction projects across the UK.

The Role:

  • Measure financial and physical performance of projects against order targets.
  • Drive best value from suppliers, subcontractors, and internal resources.
  • Manage interim and final accounts with clients and the supply chain.
  • Negotiate and agree client/main contractor contract documentation.
  • Support procurement, supplier selection, and order placement.
  • Oversee supplier/subcontractor commercial management, including variation accounts and payment processing.
  • Track project progress, change management, and cost control.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to internal teams.
  • Produce monthly cost/valuation reports and cash flow forecasts.
