Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead transformative infrastructure programmes across the UK, with a focus on water, environment, rail, and nuclear sectors. This role will involve driving multi-million-pound projects, leading NEC3/4 contracts, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale projects from planning to final account, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

  • Administer NEC3/4 contracts, manage budget control, valuations, and forecasting

  • Lead pre-contract activities including scope definition, cost planning, and risk mitigation

  • Oversee post-contract delivery, including change management, claims resolution, and final account reconciliation

  • Develop business opportunities, contributing to bids and identifying cross-selling opportunities

  • Influence stakeholder decisions and supply chain performance to maximize project outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a numeric discipline

  • Full membership of a chartered body (e.g., APM at MAPM)

  • NEC3/4 contract accreditation (preferred)

  • Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable

  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and risk management
