Our client is a leading Consultancy who work on transformative infrastructure programmes that improve lives, support communities, and reduce carbon emissions. They are recruiting for Senior Quantity Surveyor to drive strategy, ensure delivery excellence, and inspire change across water and environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NEC3/4 contract administration (Options A, C & E)
  • Oversee budgeting, valuations, forecasting, and cost control
  • Conduct feasibility studies, tender evaluations, and risk assessments
  • Manage post-contract delivery, variations, claims, and final accounts
  • Support strategic bids with commercial insight and cost intelligence
  • Mentor junior QSs and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
  • Client facing experience.
  • Full RICS membership or advanced APC progress
  • Experience working on NEC3/4 contracts (Options A, C, E essential)
  • Experience in water, environment, defence, or nuclear sectors
  • Strong CDM and risk management knowledge
  • Valid CSCS card
