Family Time Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Family Time Worker to join Staffordshire Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate family time sessions for children and their parents or family members as directed by the court.

• Provide transport for children and young people to attend family time, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

• Offer parenting support and guidance during family time, using a therapeutic and restorative approach.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and timely records and reports of family time sessions.

• Promote the welfare of children and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times

Requirements:

• Experience of direct work with children and families in a statutory or voluntary setting.
• Full UK Drivers Licence
